AvalonBay, the leading apartment management company in the US, engaged Simple Truth to help launch a new idea for apartment living. One specifically targeted at young professionals who craved city life. A focus this narrow had never been done before in the rental industry — until now.

AvalonBay had an ultra-unique product designed to drive deeper engagement with residents. To be true to their idea, we created a brand that moved. And made it social to the core. If it worked in the rental industry, it didn’t work for us. Driven with the idea of activate social, the AVA experience became about self-expression and connectedness. We created a new space for AVA: a living space all its own. Inspired by the ’hood, powered by the residents.
